At, we try our level best to satisfy our customers as they purchase our products. Though we make every effort to deliver the goods in the best condition, sometimes things may get out of place. 

We understand that there can be times when a person may require to ask for a return or refund for the products they have purchased from our website. Mostly in the cases of return, so we accept those parcels that are unopened and unused. Likewise, if you want, we can totally replace the package with a new one, but for that, the label and packaging of the parcel should be intact. Note that we will only initiate the process if you notify us of the same within 10 to 15 days of receiving the parcel. 

Request for Refund:

It is much more likely to say that refund of any defective or not reached parcel will be a much more feasible process than the other procedures. More so, we would likely refund the complete amount to the customer under the following conditions –

  • Items missing from the parcel 
  • Received items exceeds expiry date 
  • One or more items are damaged 
  • The package received is defective

Process of Refund:

In any such case, you can surely report to our customer representative, and we’ll be happy to help with whatever possibilities. The mode of refund may vary depending upon the circumstances. Certain points you must read before initiating the process –

  • Once you file for the refund, we’ll check all the aspects and then lead on with the right solution. 
  • After confirming with our team, we’ll revert through a confirmation mail for the request for a refund. 
  • It will take us 24 hours to go through all the procedures and, before initiation, the amount for refund. More so, it will reflect in the same source account from where you initially made the payment. 
  • After approval from our end, your amount will appear in the source account within 48 hours
  • If the mode of payment is a credit or debit card, please allow us 5 to 7 days to make the transit possible.
